Shipping policy

  1. Orders will be processed within 1-2 business days of receiving the order. Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping method selected during checkout.

  2. Shipping rates will vary depending on the shipping method selected and the destination of the package. Please refer to the check out page for exact delivery cost.

  3. Free shipping for purchase over US$130/GBP100/HKD$800/JPY18,000/CNY800/MOP800/SGD/150/TWD3500/EUR120/CAD170/AUD190. For other currencies not listed above, we will base on latest US$ conversion rate to determine the minimum free shipping purchase amount. 

  4. We are not responsible for any delays in delivery caused by the shipping carrier or any other unforeseen circumstances, such as weather or natural disasters.

  5. Shipping times may be longer during peak holiday seasons or due to high order volumes.

  6. If an item is out of stock, we will notify you by email and provide an estimated delivery date. You will have the option to cancel your order or wait for the item to be restocked.

  7. We take great care in packing and shipping your order to ensure that it arrives in good condition. However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the package to initiate a return or exchange.

  8. If you provide an incorrect shipping address and the package is returned to us, we will notify you and provide the option to reship the package at an additional shipping charge.

  9. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to track your package online.

  13. You may need to pay import taxes, customs duties, or a brokerage (handling) fee which are separate from your shipping fee, and you will be billed directly from the carrier of your choice.
