Accounts

Creating an account on bemypot.com enables you to be identified quickly by Be My Pot when you make online purchases. You can easily check your order history, track the delivery of your orders, raise an exchange of products and update your contact information. These options provide you with more control over your account and allow you to make necessary adjustments as needed. For your security, we do not save your credit card information and will not under any circumstances share your personal data with any third parties.

You can create your Be My Pot account by clicking on the "Your Account" section located in the menu at the top of our website. Then click on "Create an Account" and fill in the obligatory information marked with an asterisk. Finally, click on "Submit". You will be sent a confirmation email to the address provided when creating your account. If you require assistance or further information, please contact us directly. 

Ordering

You may experience a few minutes delay after you have placed your order and before you receive the email notification of your order. If you still have not received the message, please contact our Customer Service at contact@bemypot.com

If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request, but cannot guarantee your order may be adjusted once it’s been submitted. Processed orders may not be cancelled or modified; you may exchange your item subject to our exchange policy. 

 

Payments

You can pay for your purchases with a credit card: MasterCard®and Visa®, American Express®. We also accept Apple pay, Google pay, Shop pay and Paypal. You should enter your credit card or charge card number, its expiry date and its card verification number on the relevant page of payment.

All the transactions made on our website are secure. The padlock symbol next to the address bar of the page beginning with "https" indicates that you are in a secure setting.

Our company has established specific security measures to protect your personal information from non-authorized access and use. However, you should never consider the transmission of data by Internet to be 100% secure. Manually entering your card information when you make a purchase reduces the chance of it being compromised.

You will be charged full payment at the time the order is placed. Once the order is received on bemypot.com, our team will start the shipment process. 

If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Processed orders may not be cancelled or modified; you may exchange your item subject to our Exchange Policy.

Currently we do not charge any sales tax for any worldwide prurchases. You are responsible to pay import taxes, customs duties, or a brokerage (handling) fee for your order if required by your home country.

Products

Our warranty ensures that any defects caused by workmanship or materials will be covered when the product is used under normal domestic conditions, following the care and use instructions provided. Please note that it does not apply to wear and tear, misuse of the product, or commercial use. If your cookware is found to be defective, we will replace it at no cost, or we will provide a similar product or one of equivalent value if the original item is no longer available. Please keep in mind that we cannot guarantee replacement in the same color.
 
This warranty does not cover scratches, stains, discoloration, corrosion, or damage caused by overheating to the interior or exterior of the product. Additionally, any consequential damage is not covered under this warranty. As our products are partially manufactured by hand, color unevenness, spots, bubbling, marks, small holes, and dimension variations are also not covered. However they will not affect the performance of the product.
 
The warranty starts on the date of purchase by the original owner and last for two years. Proof of purchase issued by Be My Pot Limited must be presented in order to claim the warranty. Please contact us directly for claiming the warranty. 
 
 
  • Before first use, wash the pan in warm, soapy water and rinse thoroughly. Dry the pan completely.
  • To avoid scratching the non-stick surface, use only non-abrasive utensils, such as nylon, silicone, or wooden utensils.
  • Avoid using metal utensils, which can scratch the non-stick surface and reduce its effectiveness.
  • Do not use high heat when cooking with your non-stick pan. Overheating can damage the non-stick surface and cause it to lose its non-stick properties.
  • To avoid warping, do not use the pan on high heat for an extended period of time, and do not place the pan under the broiler.
  • Clean the pan after each use. Let the pan cool down first before washing it in warm, soapy water. Do not use abrasive sponges or steel wool to clean the non-stick surface, as this can damage the non-stick coating.
  • To remove stubborn stains or food residue, soak the pan in warm water with a little detergent for a few minutes before washing.
  • Although our cookwares are dishwasher safe, but we recommend washing by hands.

Following these guidelines should help extend the life and effectiveness of your non-stick cooking pan.

Slight surface mark from gas fire and discoloration over time are normal and will not have any impact on the performance of the high quality ceramic coating.

When ordering as a gift, you have the option to select either a personalized message or no message at all. Additionally, you have the choice to include a priceless invoice in the delivery. Please note that once you click the "Order and Pay" button, you will not be able to make any further changes to your selection.

Our cookwares are designed in UK with German high quality material, and manufactured by our factory partners in China. Be My Pot is assembled in China, using German made coating and materials, by a top-quality factory with a proven track record of producing high-performance products. We have close quality monitoring in place between our team and the factory. Thanks to our partnership with a reputable and experienced factory, our products are with utmost attention to detail and quality. Rest assured that our products undergo rigorous third-party safety checks to ensure they meet the highest standards of safety for cooking. 

Be My Pot uses the high-quality German GREBLON® CK2 ceramic non-stick coating, which sets our cooking pans apart from others on the market. You can refer here for more details.

No, our cooking pan is designed for use on stove tops only!

Returns & Exchanges

Please dont hestiate to contact us and arrange a return, and we will replace a new one for you.

We want every customer to be satisfied with their purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer an exchange-only policy within 7 days upon collection of the product.

To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact. An original invoice issued by Bemypot Limited is required.The customer is responsible for any shipping costs associated with the exchange except incorrect/ demaged items sent by us. We reserve the right to refuse any exchanges that do not meet these criteria. Replacement are subject to inventory availability at the time of request.

Please note that we do not offer refunds, only exchanges. This policy applies to all products. 

Shipping & Delivery

The final delivery fee and options available will vary depending on the country. Please refer to the checkout section for more information on delivery fees and options specific to your location.

Once your item(s) have been shipped you will receive a confirmation email which will include a link to track your order through the carrier. 

If you need to modify your shipping or delivery information after your order has been placed, please email us at contact@bemypot.com as soon as possible. Shipping information, including delivery address, cannot be modified once the order has already been shipped. We will try our best to cater your needs.
 

Sorry at this time we can only ship to one address per order. To ship to multiple addresses, please place a separate order for each location.

We ship internationally inlcuding Australia, Canada, China, France, Germany, Hong Kong SAR, Japan Macau SAR, Singapore, Taiwan, UK, US, Austria, Belgium, Czechia, Denmark, Finland, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Malaysia, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Arab Emirates.

The delivery time for orders varies by country. For the UK and Hong Kong, orders can typically be received within 2-5 working days after being picked up by the delivery company. For all other countries, we aim to deliver within 1-2 weeks, although the exact timeframe depends on the shipping company used.

To ensure online purchases are safely delivered and for security reason, Be My Pot requires a signature for all packages collected. If the order are delivered without delivery signuature, Be My Pot will not be liable for any loss or damage to the purchased product.
