Refund policy

General Policy

We want every customer to be satisfied with their purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer an exchange-only policy within 7 days upon collection of the product.

To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact. An original invoice issued by Bemypot Limited / Bemypot LLC is required. The customer is responsible for any shipping costs associated with the exchange except incorrect/ demaged items sent by us. We reserve the right to refuse any exchanges that do not meet these criteria. Replacement are subject to inventory availability at the time of request.

Please note that we do not offer refunds, only exchanges. This policy applies to all products. 


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
